Final sale & size exchange policy

All sales are final. No refunds.

Every Areen Row gown is handcrafted to order for you, in your chosen size or to your exact measurements. Because each piece is made for one customer, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, fit preference, or any gown that has been worn.

Size exchange — same day of delivery only

If your standard-size gown doesn't fit, we will remake it in a different size, once per order, if all of these are true:
- You contact us at hello@areenrow.com on the same day your gown is delivered (by 11:59 pm your local time, based on the carrier's delivery record). Requests the next day or later are not accepted.
- The gown is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of makeup, perfume, deodorant or any marks.
- The Areen Row security tag is still attached. A gown with the tag removed cannot be exchanged.
- You ship it back within 3 days, in its original packaging, at your cost, with tracking.
Once we receive and inspect it, your new size is made and shipped in 2–3 weeks. Exchanges are for a different size of the same style and color only.
Custom-measurement orders
Custom gowns are made exactly to the measurements we receive, from you or from your Fit Partner tailor. You are responsible for those measurements: we can’t exchange, remake or refund a custom gown because measurements were taken incorrectly or your body changed before it arrived. If the finished gown differs from the measurements we received by more than 1 inch (2.5 cm), tell us on the day of delivery with photos and we will remake it at no cost.
Prefer a professional? Choose a Fit Partner tailor for a flat $30. Their measurements are final and your gown is made exactly to them.
Damaged or wrong item
If your gown arrives damaged or isn't the style or color you ordered, contact us on the day of delivery with photos. We will repair it or remake it at no cost, and we send a prepaid return label. A refund is given only if we are unable to remake it.
Cancellations
You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins, for a full refund. After 24 hours your gown is in production and the order cannot be cancelled.
Shipping time
Gowns ship within 2–3 weeks with tracking. If we cannot ship within 21 days, we will email you a new date and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Please note
Hand-applied beadwork makes every piece slightly unique, and colors can look a little different on screens. These are not defects. By placing an order you confirm you have read and agree to this policy.
Secure payment
Checkout is processed securely by Shopify. Your card details are encrypted and never seen or stored by us.
