Shipping policy

Where we ship. United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Gulf (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman), Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland) and Uzbekistan. Checkout shows the options for your country.

Made to order. Every gown is handcrafted to order in your size or to your measurements. Please allow 2–3 weeks from your order until your gown ships (custom designs can take a little longer, depending on the design). Before it ships, we email you photos of your finished piece.

Delivery times after your gown ships. United States: 5–6 business days (Express: 3–4 business days). All other countries: 7–10 business days by DHL Express.

Rates. Shown at checkout for your country. United States: $9.95 standard, free on orders of $150 or more; Express $59. International rates depend on the destination, with free standard shipping on qualifying orders shown at checkout.

Duties and taxes. Import duties and taxes depend on your country. Any charges collected at checkout are shown before you pay.

Tracking. You receive a tracking number by email the moment your gown ships.

Late shipments. If we cannot ship within 21 days, we email you a new date and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Damaged on arrival. If your gown arrives damaged, contact hello@areenrow.com on the day of delivery with photos. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Lost parcels. If your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, email hello@areenrow.com within 7 days with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
