Every gown is made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks from your order. You get an order confirmation and updates by email, photos of your finished gown before it ships, and a tracking number when it ships.

Yes. Choose Custom in the size menu and enter your measurements. Every gown is made in your size or to your exact measurements, at no extra cost.

Yes, at no extra cost. Any gown can be made more covered — add sleeves, raise the neckline, line sheer areas or lengthen to the floor — at no extra cost. Tell us what you'd like and we'll confirm the details by email before production. Choose "Modest styling" on the gown's page when you order.

Use a soft tape measure over the underwear you plan to wear. Our size guide shows exactly where to measure your bust, waist, hips, hollow to hem, height and heel height, in inches or centimeters.

Major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, where available.

Yes, on eligible US orders. Shop Pay Installments lets you pay in 4 interest-free payments or monthly, powered by Affirm and subject to eligibility. Choose Shop Pay at checkout to see your options.

We email your order confirmation right away and keep you updated by email. When your gown ships, you receive the tracking number.

All sales are final. No refunds. Every gown is made to order for one customer, so we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, fit preference, or any gown that has been worn.

• Size exchange, same day of delivery only: for standard sizes, email us on the day your gown is delivered. The gown must be unworn, with the Areen Row security tag attached, and shipped back within 3 days at your cost. We remake it in a new size once per order.
• Custom measurements: no exchanges. Your gown is made exactly to the measurements we receive, from you or your Fit Partner tailor, and those measurements are your responsibility. If the gown is more than 1 in / 2.5 cm off them, tell us on the day of delivery and we remake it free.
• Damaged or wrong item: tell us on the day of delivery with photos and we repair or remake it at no cost; a refund is given only if we are unable to remake it.
• Cancellations: within 24 hours of ordering, before production, for a full refund.
• Late shipping: if we cannot ship within 21 days, you may wait or cancel for a full refund.

Yes. Choose "Professional tailor near me" on any gown, or in the design studio. It’s one flat $30 fee, added at checkout, and Areen Row covers anything the tailor charges beyond that. After you order, we match you with the nearest Areen Row Fit Partner and email you their details within 1 business day. The measurements your tailor takes are final, and your gown is made exactly to them.

Fit Partners are independent local tailors, not employees or agents of Areen Row, and they only take the measurements we request. If anything about your visit makes you uncomfortable, email hello@areenrow.com (subject: Fit Partner concern) and we will act immediately. How Fit Partners work
